![]() ![]() ![]() The files have, without any interaction on my part, reverted to a dataless state. I check the folder contents, and anywhere from a handful to over 50% of the files in the folder are displaying the "Not Downloaded" icon. No changes to my OneDrive were made during this time. Some or all of my folders that had "downloaded" have now, somehow, inexplicably, reverted to "Not Downloaded" with the cloud and down arrow icon. I leave my computer and come back a couple hours later. ![]() ![]() The cloud with down arrow icon has vanished. Everything is there with checkmark icons. The faux "download" finishes and I check the folder contents. OneDrive shows no progress during this download, and reports "OneDrive is up to date". The files presumably "download", but also not really, since they're already downloaded. I click the cloud icon, and it changes to a circular pie-shaped progress circle. These folders are all in my cache path, so they definitely are downloaded. A cloud icon with a down arrow appears next to the checkmark, and the tooltip reads "Not Downloaded". A small checkmark icon appears next to each folder, and the tooltip reads "Always Available On This Device". I've marked the root of my OneDrive folder and all the folders within it as "Always keep on this device". Otherwise, we'll download the file from the cloud. For files that we already have in our cache path, this fetch should happen more or less instantly. Such as creating multiple thoughts, archiving and deleting thoughts, pinning thoughts for later, and deleting things by just clicking a check mark same as Google Keep.As far as getting the file content into the sync root, we're looking at ways to make this experience better, but in the near-term, if you want to force files to be available here, you can click the little "down cloud" icon to initiate a download. Apart from that, it contains all the functionalities for creating your “Thoughts”. First of all, this application always stays on the menu bar of your MacBook so you can visit it to see your to-do’s from anywhere and everywhere. The working of this application is very simple as well. On the positive side, Thoughts Train is the only application you need to maintain to-do lists on your MacBooks. Sadly, this application is only available for MacOS and not for Windows. Now, we are enlightened with a new to-do list making application known as Thoughts Train. Therefore, it is time that a good to-do list application is available for our workstation. Therefore, we need to tick them off but if we do that to our lists in a notebook then it looks ugly and everything will be scratched off then. However, there is a drawback of to-do lists on pen and paper which is that to-do lists are meant to be completed. This is the reason why I have moved to the traditional pen and paper way of creating my to-do lists. Most of the people were using their smartphones to create to-do lists but there are some things missing from each and every app I have tried. Now, there is one problem in creating to-do lists which is that there is no proper way to do it. For this, I have started preparing to-do lists for myself which include minute things like picking up grocery along with timestamps as well. We have often had times when we don’t know what needs to be done next as we don’t have any plans. One of these is our work and the planning that we need to do for the day. ![]()
